The OmniAire 18000 is a modular HEPA air filtration system consisting of one Blower Cabinet and three Filter Cabinets, connected by 18″ diameter flexible hoses. The system can purify and recirculate air, or create positive or negative pressure containment areas at a scale no other portable negative air machine can match.

The Blower Cabinet houses twin 22″ vaneaxial blowers with 7.5 HP motors, mounted in a powder-coated aircraft-grade aluminum enclosure with riveted, silicone-sealed construction. Each of the three Filter Cabinets holds three primary box filters (nine total), accepting HEPA at 99.97% or 99.99% efficiency, bulk carbon, or bag filters depending on project requirements. Filter cabinets each include a differential pressure gauge to monitor filter loading and signal when replacement is needed.

The modular setup gives site crews maximum flexibility: the blower cabinet can operate in a clean environment while filter cabinets are positioned inside the containment area, connected by up to 25′ of flexible ducting per run. This keeps the blower protected from hazardous materials while maintaining full-system performance.

The OA18000 handles mold, asbestos, lead, and silica abatement; fire and water damage restoration; HAZMAT removal; and large-scale industrial and construction air quality management, including high-rise buildings and facilities where conventional portable units fall short.
