CFM stands for Cubic Feet per Minute of airflow and is a critical specification for any negative air machine, or air scrubber. It represents the volume of air moved through the Negative Air Machine. All Omni CleanAir machines are designed with sealed HEPA filters meaning 100% of the air flowing through the machine passes through the HEPA filter.
It’s important to note that not all CFM specifications are equal. Some stated rates may be higher than the actual volume of air per minute run through the filter. Our TrueCFM™ rating ensures the machine will deliver the specified CFM and can be independently verified.
